CycloShield Dust Suppression

Dust is the primary environmental complaint associated with road sweeping. The CycloShield system uses a forward-facing cyclone curtain to capture airborne particles before they escape the machine’s working envelope. PM10 emissions during operation are reduced by 94% compared to dry brush methods.

Vacuguard Three-Stage Filtration

Collected material passes through three stages: a mechanical separator removes large debris, a wet scrubber captures fine particles, and a HEPA-grade final filter handles residual dust before air is discharged. The result is near-zero particulate output from the exhaust stack.
