How the Jatayu Pulse Jet Works
During long dusty shifts, fine particles build up on the filter surface and restrict airflow. Jatayu Pulse Jet refreshes the filter during a planned break by sending compressed air pulses through the filter, dislodging dust without removing the filter from the machine.
Capture
As the machine works, the filter captures fine dust, including PM10 and PM2.5 particles, instead of letting them pass back into the air.
Build Up
Over time, fine dust forms a layer on the filter surface. This restricts airflow and can reduce suction consistency during the shift.
Activate
During a lunch break or planned pause, the operator starts the pulse jet cycle with a button. The filters stay inside the machine.
Pulse Clean
Compressed air pulses through the filter at set intervals, dislodging the dust layer from the filter surface.
Collect
The loosened dust falls into the tray below, instead of being manually shaken out or released around the machine.
Continue
After the cycle, airflow is refreshed and the machine can continue the shift with more consistent suction.
