Three-Axis 270° Hydraulic Boom
Reach & Access System
Jatayu's 3-axis hydraulic boom is telescopic, extending to 20 feet (6 meters) with 270° rotation. The boom supports the hose and takes it precisely where needed. It easily moves over parked vehicles, across nalas to the far bank, above parapet walls, and into drain edges. The operator can control the hose without any effort. Ground clearance of 7 feet means the machine moves freely on active roads without blocking traffic.

200mm Reinforced PU Hose
200mm heavy-duty imported suction hose
Jatayu Super uses an imported reinforced polyurethane hose with a 200mm inner diameter and smooth internal walls — wide enough to pass tender coconuts, glass bottles, and packed wet waste without clogging, and built to resist the acid, UV exposure, and abrasion of daily municipal operation.

Hydraulic High-Dump Hopper
Direct transfer without manual handling
Jatayu Super XL's 3 m³ aluminium hopper is double the capacity of Jatayu Super — the same closed, spillage-free container, the same hydraulic tip directly into a municipal tipper, but half the transfer stops per shift. In high-volume zones where constant handoff to the tipper breaks operational rhythm, XL keeps collecting longer before it needs to pause.

20 HP Auxiliary Engine with Variable RPM
Strong suction power and fuel saving
Jatayu Super runs a dedicated 20HP diesel auxiliary engine — entirely independent of the vehicle it's mounted on. The suction system draws from its own power source, which means vehicle performance is unaffected and suction output is consistent regardless of driving conditions. Variable RPM gives the operator direct control: increase for heavy, wet, or bulky waste; reduce for lighter debris to save fuel.

Two-Stage Filtration
Heavy waste separation with PM10 dust filtration
Jatayu Super filters in two stages. The first separates heavy debris and bulk waste from the airstream. The second is a PM10-rated pleated filter that captures fine dust before air is discharged — ensuring the machine doesn't re-pollute the environment while operating. Workers and bystanders are not exposed to airborne dust from the collection process.

Jatayu Pulse Jet
On-shift filter cleaning for consistent suction
As filters capture fine dust, suction drops. Jatayu Pulse Jet prevents that. With a single switch, the onboard compressor fires pressurised air pulses through the PM10 filter — clearing accumulated dust without removing the filter, without stopping the shift, and without manual handling. Suction is restored in 15 minutes and the machine continues.
