The Jatayu Super was designed from the ground up to address India’s unique urban litter challenges: narrow lanes, mixed waste streams, and the need to operate in both wet and dry conditions without stopping.

Three-Axis Boom Technology

At the heart of the Jatayu Super is its patented three-axis 270° articulating boom. Unlike conventional fixed-arm pickers, this system can reach waste in gutters, under parked vehicles, and along raised kerbs without repositioning the vehicle.

The boom moves in three independent axes — horizontal sweep, vertical reach, and wrist rotation — giving operators full control in tight spaces. Response time from command to full extension is under 1.2 seconds.

High-Suction Wet & Dry System

The suction head generates 18,000 Pa of negative pressure — enough to collect wet organic waste, dry plastic wrappers, and everything in between without clogging. A dual-stage cyclone separator keeps the filter clean and maintains consistent suction across the full working shift.

Jatayu Pulse Jet Filter

The Pulse Jet self-cleaning filter is what separates Jatayu Super from older designs. Every 90 seconds, a compressed air pulse clears the filter cake without stopping the machine. This means zero downtime for manual filter cleaning and consistent airflow throughout the day.

Filter replacement intervals extend to 600 operating hours under normal conditions — roughly three times longer than competitor products in the same class.
