Stratus 330 Truck Mounted
Road Sweeper
All-Weather Sweeper Truck
A truck mounted road sweeper built specifically for Indian municipal and highway conditions. Stratus 330 combines regenerative air sweeping, a 3300-litre high-dump hopper, a 1500-litre water suppression system that eliminates filter consumables, and Perkins engine power for reliable dust-controlled cleaning across dry, wet, and mixed road conditions.
Built for Indian Roads, Weather, and Municipal Uptime.
Stratus 330 is a truck mounted road sweeper designed for Indian municipal, highway, airport, and industrial cleaning routes where dust, mixed debris, long shifts, poor water quality, and monsoon conditions are everyday realities. Its regenerative air sweeping system, 3300-litre high-dump hopper, 1500-litre water tank, stainless steel waste and water construction, and service-friendly architecture are built to keep cleaning productive, dust-controlled, and dependable across changing road conditions.
- Regenerative air sweeping system for road dust, litter, sand, leaves, silt, and mixed debris
- 1500-litre water suppression system designed for Indian dust and water-quality conditions
- 3300 m³ stainless steel high-dump hopper for productive municipal and highway routes
- All-weather cleaning approach for dry, wet, dusty, and monsoon-affected roads
- Easy-access service architecture with hydraulic doors and conveniently placed components
- Sweeping that aligns with Swachh Bharat and Smart City mission procurement requirements
Hopper
Systems Built So the Work Doesn't Stop
Every system in the Stratus 330 is engineered for Indian dust, water, and seasons — without stopping work for any of it.
Regenerative Air Pick-Up System
Lower brush consumables, better finish.
Stratus 330 uses a regenerative air pickup system that recirculates high-velocity air through the sweeping head. The pressure-side air knife dislodges dust, sand, silt, leaves, and litter from the road surface, while the suction side pulls the loosened material into the hopper. This reduces dependency on a centre main broom and helps lower recurring brush-consumable cost.
- Air-knife assisted pickup for dust, sand, silt, leaves, litter, and mixed road debris
- No centre main broom, reducing one major brush consumable
- Reuses high-velocity air to loosen and lift road dust, sand, silt, leaves, litter, and mixed debris
- Heavy-duty pickup path designed to handle abrasive road dust and debris
Multi-Point Wet Dust Suppression
Multi-point dust suppression water system
Dust is controlled through water, not a filter bank. Spray nozzles are placed across the sweeping path, brush zone, pickup duct, hopper inlet, hopper body, and impeller zone so dust is wetted at every major movement point. By the time debris reaches the hopper, the dust is already bound with moisture, helping reduce dust release during sweeping, storage, and high-dump unloading.
- Nozzles at the front and angled brush-zone nozzles wet the road surface before and during sweeping
- Dust bound with moisture at every stage from pickup to hopper
- Cleaner high-dump unloading — wet debris reduces airborne dust on discharge
- No filter bank required — water replaces dry filtration for dust control
India-Ready Water Management System
4-stage water filtration and sediment management
The 1500-litre water system is built for Indian operating conditions, where refill water quality can vary from site to site. Four interlinked tanks, a fill-port screen, dual-mesh bag filtration, sedimentation-aware water routing, and a final pump strainer help protect the spray nozzles and pump from blockage. The tanks are also designed for easy access, cleaning, and refilling from different water sources.
- 1500-litre water capacity across four interlinked tanks
- Four-stage water protection against debris, sediments, and nozzle blockage
- Easy tank access for inspection, cleaning, and maintenance
- Flexible refill accessories for filling from tankers, taps, hoses, or site water points
3300-Litre Stainless Steel High-Dump Hopper
Quick, easy and dust-controlled unloading
The Stratus 330's 3300-litre stainless steel hopper is built for productive municipal and highway sweeping routes. Its high-dump mechanism unloads at nearly 7 ft, allowing collected debris to be discharged directly into a tipper or municipal collection vehicle. Because the debris is wetted through the dust suppression system before it reaches the hopper, unloading is cleaner with no dust release.
- 3300-litre stainless steel hopper for corrosion resistance and long service life
- Nearly 7 ft high-dump unloading into tippers and collection vehicles
- Wet debris discharge helps remove dust clouds during unloading
- Camera and light support improves visibility during day, night, and low-light dumping
90 HP Auxiliary Engine — Independent Power
Independent auxiliary power system
Stratus 330 street sweeper uses a 90 HP Perkins auxiliary diesel engine to power the sweeping system independently of the truck's main drive engine. This dedicated power architecture supports consistent operation of the regenerative airflow system, hydraulic functions, water delivery, and sweeping components while keeping the power pack accessible for routine service.
- 90 HP Perkins auxiliary engine dedicated to sweeping operations
- Sweeping power fully independent of the truck drive engine
- Consistent suction output regardless of driving conditions
- Service-friendly engine placement for routine inspection and maintenance
Operator Visibility & Service Access
Designed for operators and service teams
Stratus 330 is designed to make sweeping, monitoring, unloading, and maintenance easier for the operator and service team. Ergonomically placed controls, dual camera displays, six strategically mounted cameras, and easy-access hydraulic doors help improve visibility, reduce guesswork, and simplify routine maintenance without special workshop equipment.
- Six-camera visibility system covering front, rear, sides, hopper, and pickup-head areas
- Dual-screen display with portrait viewing for vertically mounted side cameras
- Ergonomic operator controls placed for simple in-cab operation
- Easy-access maintenance layout for pumps, brushes, fittings, and service points
