How long does delivery take? →
Standard delivery is 30 days from order confirmation. Expedited delivery — 7 days — is available with upfront payment, subject to production schedule.
Do you offer lease or rental? →
No. Spruce Up is a direct-purchase business. We don't offer lease or rental arrangements. Every machine sold comes with our full warranty, commissioning care pack, and access to Genie support.
What languages does Spruce Up Genie support? →
Spruce Up Genie operates in English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu. Additional languages are supported on request through our regional field engineers.
What does a Jatayu Super cost? →
₹55 Lakhs per unit on GeM — machine, vehicle, transportation, and GST, all-inclusive. The same price applies to any Municipal Corporation, Cantonment Board, or Nagar Panchayat. No BOQ surprises, no per-city negotiation.
What funds can be used to procure a Jatayu? →
Machines have been procured through Smart City Mission funds, Swachh Bharat Mission grants, state surplus budgets, and direct municipal capital budgets. Our Head of Govt Sales can help identify the right funding route for your body.
Where is Jatayu currently deployed? →
The Jatayu Super is deployed across 60+ municipalities in 22+ Indian states, from metro corporations to Nagar Panchayats. Named deployments are available on request — contact Inside Sales for a reference list relevant to your state or scale.

Are AMCs mandatory after the warranty period? →
AMCs are not mandatory, but most contractors on multi-year municipal contracts choose at least the Basic tier to protect their uptime commitments. We'll help you match the right tier to your contract's risk profile during the sales conversation.
What does it cost to become a Spruce Up channel partner? →
Nothing upfront. No dealership fee, no partnership fee, no investment in demo machines. You finance machines only when actual orders come through. We train you first — at our cost — so you're ready before you commit to anything.
How does the Lead Booking System work? →

Do you offer exclusive territories? →
No. Spruce Up does not offer geographic exclusivity. Leads are routed via the Lead Booking System to the first qualified and available partner in a region. This keeps the system fair and performance-driven.
What support do new partners get after training? →
You leave Pune training with an assigned BD person on our side, access to our full demo and tendering support stack, and qualified inbound leads from the Lead Booking System. After-sales, warranty, and technical support are handled by Spruce Up — not by you.
